The process,
Shortly, you will recieve a questionaire asking for a general description of the quality assurance calls you would like made and to give us a general description of your product and your typical client.
You will also have the choice to provide specific times you would like us to call and make the 5 calls (e.g. You want to avoid peak times or want to evaluate one employee in particular).
Payment is required before any calls will be made. Payment options are
1. Invoiced (while this option is available, no calls will be made until payment is received and processed). Contact us here if you would like to be invoiced.
2. Credit Card. We offer a secure credit card payment with PayPal. You can make that payment here immediatly and there will be no delay in your services. If you experience any problems with paypal, please contact us here and we will invoice you directly.
3. Email interact transfer. Canadian Clients only. Please contact us herefor details.
